How to change the account administrator email address

For Data Protection purposes, we require the current account administrator to email to request any changes to the account.

For security purposes we need to receive this request from the current account administrator however if this is not possible we will need the change to be authorised by one of the following roles within the school:

  1. Headteacher/Principal 
  2. Deputy Headteacher/Vice Principal 
  3. School Business Manager 
  4. Data Protection Officer/Safeguarding Officer 

Please provide the secret word on the account, the current administrator email address, and the new administrator email address so that we can make the change quickly and efficiently for you.
