How to cancel automatic renewal
All Nessy subscriptions work on an automatic renewal basis. If you want to cancel the automatic renewal, please use the instructions below.
Follow this link to your account:
1. Log into your account using your email and password
2. Click on 'Subscriptions', then ‘View’ next to the subscription you wish to stop the automatic renewal
3. Click the cancel button
4. When you have clicked the cancel button the order status will change to ‘Pending Cancellation'
This means that your subscription will not automatically renew.
You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end date on the screen.
If you wish to cancel with immediate effect/would like to request a refund please email info@nessy.co.uk where a member of our team will assist you.
