Nessy’s ‘Dyslexia Explained’ Has Been Translated into Greek

We’re excited to announce our successful and sought-after book ‘Dyslexia Explained’ has been translated into Greek!

“Dyslexia affects the acquisition of reading and writing in all languages, not just English. I hope that the translation of this simple book can help children and their parents understand dyslexia all over the world.

If you would like to translate it into your language please let me know. “

– Mike Jones, Nessy CEO

Dyslexia Explained details the different types of dyslexia in an illustrated, easy to read book designed for children and adults to read together. This will help them understand the different challenges and strengths that come from dyslexia.

Dyslexia Explained was featured at the International Dyslexia Association conference in 2017 and has since become globally known and widely respected. Nessy can be found in all Bristol libraries, as copies were donated in early 2019.

Nessy was approached in 2016 by Mrs. Milioni Lia and Flayvos Publishing, expressing an interest in translating Dyslexia Explained for the first time. Nessy and Flayvos’ collaboration means that Dyslexia Explained can now be purchased in Greek; helping to spread awareness of dyslexia even further across the globe.

We’re also excited to announce that Nessy and the Lithuanian Library for the Blind are working together to translate Dyslexia Explained and bring the book to the people of Lithuania.
